LEAD to DEAL model

Lead

Scouting the technology leads using internal database, network, Funding agency database, patents, research articles, university TTOs, conferences etc. and present the information to Client for initial evaluation

Detailed evaluation

For the leads that align with Client needs, contacting the innovators to get the data required for detailed evaluation; manage iterative communications till technology is evaluated at Client’s end

Sample

For the final filtered leads, the sample is arranged for testing at Client’s site after facilitating required MTA

Deal

Provide support till the deal is closed for e.g. Arranging agreements with university/research institutions/start-ups; due diligence etc.
